You see, it is easy to keep sending appeals, visiting churches, emailing supporters and planning the next campaign without ever stopping to ask:

Where are our best growth opportunities?
Whom are we trying to reach?
Are we keeping the supporters we already have?
And what should we actually focus on, invest prayers, money, time and other resources, over the next 12 months to fundraise well for our mission work?
